• Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments and all-weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Physical capability to navigate within confined crawl spaces.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with the capability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift weights of up to 70lbs.

Preferred Qualifications **

• Previous experience in crawl space or basement waterproofing is highly advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or manual labor roles.
• Experience working in confined spaces.

More Specifics on Job Responsibilities: As an installer, your primary duties encompass a range of critical tasks, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. These responsibilities include:

• Work under the direction of the Crew Chief or Production Manager to install crawl space and basement waterproofing solutions in the customer’s home
• Follow our procedures and work effectively as part of a crew
• Install crawl space and basement solutions in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment and material needed to complete the project
• Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters
• Complete projects efficiently and safely
• Use and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
