The position of Inside Sales Specialist, will play a critical role in business development. Driving revenue growth by managing sales activities from within the office.This includes: handling inbound and outbound sales calls. Setting appointments where appropriate for the outside sales team. Building relationships with potential customers, closing business and achieving sales targets. 

Key focus of this Inside Sales Specialist will be to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns and social media. 80% of your time will be on generating new business opportunities. 20% will be supporting the Outside Sales Team and working closely with the Customer Support Team. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects. CRM experience is required.

  • Ability to build relationships with potential customers.
  • Strong Communication Skills with a customer focused approach
  • Successfully sell the business value vs. product is KEY.
  • Actively listen and determine the customers' needs.
  • Ability to clearly articulate your point of view in a professional manner.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales and/or customer facing role is required (new customer growth vs. account management preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and willing to collaborate and compromise, including team leadership
  • Efficient computer skills, including Google products, ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks
