• Document calls and interactions in our customer management system.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• Adhere to company policies procedures and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
