Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Property Operations Manager to join our team! In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between the corporate office and the management teams at our properties. You'll oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to company policies, and compliance with franchised brand standards. Your leadership and passion for hospitality will help guide the team in creating exceptional experiences and memorable stays for our guests.

This position is available in both part-time and full-time capacities. Please specify your preferred hours when applying.

Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience.

Location: This role is remote-first but requires occasional travel to the property in Middleton, DE (1-2 times per month).

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of managers to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with both corporate and on-site teams to streamline processes and improve communication across departments.
Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet financial objectives and company goals.
Oversee the implementation of brand initiatives to ensure consistency and quality across properties.

Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in budget planning and financial management.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and empathy.
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
Part-Time Applicants: 20+ years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
Full-Time Applicants: 3-5+ years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
