Your Role: As our Director of Nursing, you will:

What You Bring:

* Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
* At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in home care.
* Strong clinical and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A passion for home care and a commitment to patient advocacy.
