The History & Social Science Teacher will teach five sections, coach two seasons, and participate in our residential life program.
Our History & Social Science classes range from eighth grade through senior level and advanced classes. Our immediate need is Global Studies History and Comparative Government. Other duties could include supervising weekend and after-school assignments, coaching sports, and supervising clubs when needed; attending parent/teacher meetings; attending faculty/staff meetings and others as required; and driving groups of students as needed for athletics, weekend, or other activities.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range is between $50K and $62.5K depending on experience. A full range of benefits are included with the position.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required, MA preferred. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience are preferred. A New York State Driver’s License is required; it can be acquired shortly after being hired.
