Job Description

Field Service Technician Pay & Benefits:

* Health, Vision, Dental, 401(k)
* Compensation ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, Overtime available
* Company vehicle

Field Service Technician Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing heavy equipment.
* Proficiency in basic tools and tool usage, including basic welding skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-reliant & proactive, with minimal supervision required.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Clean driving record.

Field Service Technician Job Description:

* Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose construction equipment and crushing/screening equipment for necessary repairs.
* Perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned machines.
* Technician skills encompass mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and general machine upkeep.
* Utilize diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments to detect faults in all machine systems.
* Operate machines to determine repair needs or assess repairs.
* Disassemble and assemble machines and components according to manufacturer specifications.
* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete required maintenance and service tasks.
* Research repair needs and order necessary parts as required.
