Job Description

As a member of our Hospitality Team, you will be the face of the Woodhouse brand, the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gift card, book an appointment, learn about our unique transformative services, or embark on a luxurious retreat,  you will help facilitate each guest’s time at the spa from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Guests with Retail Selections
• Offering and Suggesting Opportunities for Guests to Extend Service Time
• Selling the Guest on the importance in Rebooking their next Treatment
• Informing and Promoting New Services to Guests
• Dedicated to upholding the Guest Experience Journey with each and every guest that enters the Spa.

 

Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:

• Closing the Sale
• Exceptional hospitality/guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to details.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organization and time management skills; detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to oversee many projects at one time.
• Schedule with flexibility to work  evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
