Job Description:Job Title Group Tax Americas, Tax Advisory Services, Tax AdvisorCorporate Title DirectorLocation New York, NYOverviewThe Tax Advisory team within Group Tax Americas, which supports Deutsche Bank’s business in the Americas Region, is seeking a tax professional with experience in U.S. federal and cross-border tax matters, particularly with respect to financial institutions and a global asset management business (including alternative asset fund formation). The Team’s work ranges from advising on the tax consequences of transactions, ensuring compliance with local tax obligations, producing tax data for financial and other reporting purposes, assisting with tax audits and disputes, to working with industry groups and governmental agencies on the development of legislation and practice. You will work on diverse international and corporate tax issues pertinent to financial institutions (with a focus on asset management and fund formation), as well as product development and review.
