In order to do this, Mirasee offers a wide range of programs, courses and services. Mirasee also has their own podcast department dedicated to creating shows with entrepreneurs in various fields.

About the role

WHO WE SERVE:
A lot of our clients are coaches and trainers in the health and wellness space (yoga, healthy eating, performance).

TALENTED NEEDED:

DESIGN ELEMENT SCOPE:
- Professional-looking online presence that they can feel confident sharing with others
- Credibility about their professional expertise/experience
- Conducive to lead generation
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices followed

TYPICAL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
- Branding Kits
- Wireframe for 5 page website
- Low and High Fidelity Mockups
- Website theme that can then be customized by our client with their logos, branding etc
- Comfortable speaking on web conference calls to help this client meet their goal
- Great teamwork skills cross-functionally with other copywriters, designers, developers, and project managers on Slack and project CRM tool

About you

We're looking for someone who knows and understands how to create the Wordpress theme designs for our health, finance, and wellness clients using Figma.

To be a good fit for this job, you need to be: 

• a quick study and have good attention to detail;
• able to take direction without having to be micro-managed;
• able to hit the ground running;
• eager to take on high-stakes projects and able to work well under pressure with the willingness to go the extra mile and keeping a positive attitude towards challenges;
• willing to learn from past experiences and consciously strive to do better next time;
• an excellent communicator in English (both written and verbal);
• able to do focused work in a dedicated workspace with access to reliable internet and their own computer or laptop;
• proficient in Figma
• able to work independently and disciplined;
• a team player;
• flexible and able to overlap at least 5 hours per day with business hours in the Eastern time zone.

This is a per project position that can lead into full-time position; the time investment will be 20-30 hours per week, and the compensation will be competitive, depending on experience.
