Job Description

Cadence Clubhouse in Monroeville, PA is looking for one entry level front desk sales and marketing to join our 29 person strong team. We are located on 1 Racquet Ln. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Front Desk Operations:

• Greeting and assisting clients or visitors.
• Answering calls and emails, and addressing inquiries.
• Managing check-ins/check-outs for clients or guests.
• Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.

1. Sales Support:

• Assisting the sales team with client leads, bookings, or sales calls.
• Maintaining sales databases and client information.
• Helping to promote products/services to clients.
• Managing promotional materials or displays at the front desk.

1. Marketing Support:

• Assisting with the creation of marketing materials (brochures, emails, newsletters, etc.).
• Monitoring social media channels and interacting with followers.
• Helping to manage marketing campaigns or events.
• Analyzing customer feedback to help tailor marketing strategies.

1. Administrative Tasks:

• Scheduling appointments, meetings, or sales calls.
• Preparing reports or assisting with the creation of marketing or sales presentations.
• Organizing marketing materials and promotional events.

Required Skills:

• Communication Skills: Ability to interact well with clients, guests, and coworkers.
• Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Organization & Time Management: Balancing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software) and social media platforms.
• Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to take on new challenges and learn about sales and marketing strategies.

Full Time Hours are expected. Nights and weekends are expected
