Location This position is based in the greater Beaumont/Orange, TX area. Responsibilities - Provide system quality control support by conducting inspections and testing on electrical components.
- Support team members in their roles as a program focal point for quality assurance, acting as a liaison with other functional departments.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the project scope and schedule as they relate to his/her specific assignment.
- Examine/inspect field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures that arise or that may be encountered. Take corrective actions as needed.
- Assist with identifying and reporting rework and non-conforming issue.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Understands and effectively communicates electrical concepts.
Qualifications - Self-starter with exceptional organization and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of the specific trade of discipline as assigned, with associated special processes, inspection and testing techniques
- Working knowledge of construction industry codes relating to area of expertise (i.e. ACI, AWS, ASME, NEC, etc.)
- Associate degree in engineering technology or science plus two years' experience in a related construction field (at least one of these years in a QA/QC position) or a high school graduate or equivalent (GED) plus four years' experience in a related construction field (at least two of these years in a QA/QC position)
