Job Description

A tenured manufacturing facility is looking for an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager. The primary focus for this position will the the safety aspect while also keeping the other aspects in check. If you are results-driven and enjoy working alongside your crew, read on!

Base salary of $100-125k
Bonus based on KPIs

What we need:

2-4 year degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene or Chemistry related field
4-5 years experience in a similar role
Fast-paced/large volume background
Demonstrated success with passion for change and relentless focus on execution

What you'll do:

Develop and sustain systems to drive compliance
Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations
Develop and conduct EHS-related training
Review internal policies and conduct hazard and risk assessments
Coach and develop line leaders in EHS responsibilities
Lead investigations on incidents
