Success as a Drain Technician entails efficiently diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer line issues for residential clients. You will also be responsible for turning over leads to our Sales Team. By expertly utilizing specialized equipment and techniques, you'll effectively clear clogged drains, conduct thorough sewer line inspections, and provide tailored solutions to prevent future blockages.

Responsibilities for the Drain Technician: - Identify and qualify potential customers, effectively handing off leads to the sales team to drive revenue.
- Respond promptly to service calls to diagnose and resolve drain and sewer line issues.
- Utilize drain cleaning equipment such as snakes, hydro-jetting machines, and augers to clear blockages.
- Conduct sewer line inspections using cameras to identify the source of problems and recommend solutions.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and obtain customer approval before beginning work.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the Drain Technician: - Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in drain cleaning/plumbing.
- No license needed!
- Knowledge of residential drain and septic systems.
- Must know how to safely and effectively operate various sized cable machines up to 5/8"
- Backflow and Leak Detection experience preferred but will train.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically able to work in crawl spaces.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
