Director of Golf
Golf facility in Trinity, Florida is looking for a Director of Golf.

Position Overview:
This role will oversee all daily operations. Managerial duties include managing employees, facility management of food and beverage and customer service. As a teaching professional, you are the go-to for all things golf-related and a simulator expert. This includes recruiting and running already thriving leagues, selling and giving lessons, developing golf programs including tournaments, clinics and/or other golf programs. It is crucial this individual is involved in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue, create an engaging overall customer experience. Additionally, this will require fostering strong relationships with customers and community relationships to promote the brand and drive local market awareness and engagement activities. This individual should be a self-starter who is dependable and able to work independently if needed.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Management of store and employees, including employee scheduling, staff oversight, and food & beverage inventory.
• Development and management of lessons, academies, and group training events.
• Collaborate on Golf Shop merchandise inventory in relation to club fitting.
• Implement special order programs, including custom club fitting and demo days.
• Ability to build loyal clients through excellent customer service and proven results.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Golf Professional (PGA Member, a PGA Associate, or a PGA Affiliate looking to enter the PGA Associate program).
Demonstrate leadership in the management and development of direct reporting staff/team members.
Proven track record of providing excellent member/customer service.
Excellent and enthusiastic communicator passionate about the game of golf and its development.
Experience/understanding of Motion Analysis, Video Software, Launch Monitors, and Launch Dynamic nomenclature (no previous indoor teaching experience required; we have V1 Golf).
Sales experience in a team-based work environment preferred.
Positive and professional outlook and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and delegate when appropriate or necessary.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 per year.
