The mission of the Director of Events is to organize, oversee, and executive engaging and successful fundraising events as a part of an integrated resource development strategy designed by the Vice President of Development.

Employees are also eligible to enroll in our 401k-match plan after 30 days. Mentoring Alliance matches employee contributions up to 4%.
Employees receive 17 days of PTO in their first year, an additional five days on their first anniversary, and every five years after that. PTO days in your first year of employment may be prorated based on which month you begin.
We value talented employees and want them on staff for a long time. After five years of service, MA gives full-time employees 30 consecutive days off along with a stipend to reflect, get some development, and be spiritually rejuvenated to continue in ministry.
Are you looking to continue your education? One of our team values is “Own your Own Growth.” We encourage our employees to pursue growth. Mentoring Alliance pays up to $3,000 per calendar year for educational reimbursement to qualifying employees.
Do you have school-aged children? We've got you covered. Mentoring Alliance allows all employees to enroll their children in our After School and Summer Camps programs at no cost.
