Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who excels in social media management, content creation, branding, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work flexibly across different locations. This role offers the potential for bonuses based on the success of events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and business goals.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Plan and execute special events, including restaurant anniversaries, holiday celebrations, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect our brand values and vision.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Identify and leverage social media trends to enhance our content and engagement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for event planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a marketing manager, social media specialist, content creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation, social media management, and branding skills.
• Experience in planning and executing successful events.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to travel to different restaurant locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
