This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist customers with their respiratory supply needs while working in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding respiratory supplies.
Schedule patient appointments for respiratory care.
Accurately enter new customer information into the system.
Assist customers with product inquiries.
Verify insurance coverage as needed.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while staying organized.
Proficiency with computers and data entry.
Location & Schedule:
Onsite Training Location: Center Line, MI
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Remote Work: Fully remote after training.
