**Customer Service Representative/Call Center** Hourly + Bonus!!!

As a team member at UCB, you would be part of a stable, growing organization that has been in business since 1959. We specialize in answer customer medical billing questions by working one-on-one with customers from our state of the art call center. We are growing and prefer to promote from within , so our agents are trained for success and consistently presented with advancement opportunities.

Experience is not required. Our 2-3 week, paid training will equip you with everything you need to create ongoing success and earn big bonus checks every month!

Responsibilities:

· Help individuals find solutions with a friendly attitude

· Work alongside a team to support customers and each other

· Maintain accurate record of calls and relevant data

Prerequisites/Preferred Skills:

· Interested in helping people

· Able to provide exceptional customer service

· Goal-oriented, energetic attitude

· High School Diploma or GED

· Ability to pass a background check clear of felonies or charges involving theft

Schedule: Monday to Friday

4 days from either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

1 day from 1pm-9pm
