We are seeking friendly and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth. As the voice of our company, you will provide top-notch service to customers via phone and email, helping pet owners make informed decisions about high-quality, natural pet food.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with questions about subscription services and product offerings.

Help pet owners determine the best formula and quantity of food for their pets.

Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate challenging situations.

Maintain an assigned schedule for calls, emails, breaks, and lunch periods while adapting to department needs.

Organize and prioritize workload to meet service expectations.

Participate in training and continuously expand knowledge of products and services.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a call center or customer service environment.

A love for pets and a passion for helping people.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A positive, solutions-focused mindset.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders and refunds.

Proficiency in multitasking while maintaining accuracy.

Computer skills, including experience with customer databases.

A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Reliability and commitment to excellent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma (some college or post-high school training is a plus).

1-3 years of customer service experience.

Experience using multiple databases for gathering information.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Shifts available: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

Hybrid work opportunities available after completing training and evaluation (first review at 60 days).

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
