About the Job
Youtech is seeking a skilled Creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team. This full-time, in-house position requires you to be in the office Monday through Friday. As a Creative Copywriter, you will craft engaging and impactful content for both print and digital formats, serving a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling, brand-focused content for web pages, PPC ads, paid social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
• Provide unstoppable conversion-based copy for ads and landing pages
• Educate readers on a subject while ultimately driving them toward a call-to-action.
• Conduct interviews and recreate them in written form
• Audit client websites to identify content gaps and opportunities, contributing to strategy development and campaign execution.
• Analyze and aggregate data to discover trends and improve upon our current strategy
• Assist in the preparation of client meetings and presentations, providing insights and creative input.
• Stay informed on social media trends and industry best practices to enhance content relevance and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Proven ability to craft engaging, creative copy with strong writing skills.
• Ability to create advertising slogans and copy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to determine clients’ needs and objectives with specific advertising campaign
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish writing ability is preferred. We are looking for someone who can write compelling copy in both English and Spanish.
