ATC Healthcare is looking for Correctional Nurse Manager! Nurse Manager coordinates and oversees nursing care for inmates in correctional facilities

DURATION: 13 WEEKS ASSIGNMENT

LOCATION: It could be anywhere in Oregon

REQUIREMENTS OF THE NURSE MANAGER POSITION:

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program of study.
• Current and unencumbered license in the State of Oregon
• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Must have experience as a Nurse Manager
• Must have experience in a Correctional Facility
• Background screening as required by the state or contract.
• Drug screening as required by the contract..
• CPR as required by client facility; health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate and oversee nursing care for inmates in correctional facilities
• Provide leadership in clinical operations, including shift management and nurse management
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct documentation review to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
