The CI Engineer will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute improvement plans and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Proven track record of leading successful improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including standing, walking, and using hands for extended periods.
