Construction Project Manager – Construction – Base Salary to 85k/year – Bryan, TX

• Our client is a multifaceted company with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. They provide excellency in underground utilities, concrete, earthwork, excavation, demolition, drainage, and other site work needs.
• The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Office software, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
• Assist superintendents in coordinating various aspects of the project, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
• Efficiently manage Requests for Information (RFIs), updating schedules accordingly, and overseeing billing processes.
• Conduct regular job site meetings to communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and other relevant parties as necessary to facilitate project coordination and decision-making.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Effectively manage subcontractors, including performance monitoring, contract compliance, and dispute resolution as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in civil construction projects, with a solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or similar tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 65k – 85k/year range
• Yearly bonuses (5% based on company performance).
• Company-provided vehicle or gas stipend.
• 1 week of PTO in the first year, 2 weeks after 1 year.
