COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

An established, reputable, general contractor is looking to add a Senior Superintendent to their team immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead Superintendent role

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry

· Must have experience leading ground up, commercial projects from inception to completion

· Ability to manage and run projects $20M+

· Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

· Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner

· Ability to identify and solve problems

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
