Job Description

Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the role of Clothing Rentals Manager. The role will be responsible for the overall management of an organized and professional environment of our clothing rentals (Ski bibs & jackets). The ideal candidate must be hands-on, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be capable of managing customer and employee relations. The position requires strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as the utmost integrity, reliability, and flexibility.

-Responsibilities

` Manages clothing rental operations

· Handles preseason and postseason inventory 

· Maintains cleanliness and organization of the facilities and clothing

· Establishes and maintains clothing inventory and damages

· Aids in the recruitment of potential employees

· Manages employee paperwork and filing

· Handles weekly scheduling and payroll needs for the department

· Conducts employee assessments

· Administers company guidelines

· Maintains rental clothing and records

· Focuses on profitability for all rental operations

· Effectively communicates with customers in a high-volume environment

· Work with other resort employees to plan and implement group and individual customer needs

-Requirements or Qualifications

· Experience in a retail/rental/customer service environment

· Knowledge of the resort industry and passion for outdoor recreation

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Efficient time management skills and ability to multi-task

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing operational needs

· Proficiency with point-of-sales software

· Customer service-related experience
