Responsibilities
Therapy Sessions
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via video conferencing.
Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and offer ongoing therapy services to clients.
Client Care and Communication
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Communicate empathetically, offering support and guidance throughout the therapy process.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
Collaboration and Consultation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
Participate in case consultations to offer insights and contribute to treatment decisions.
Professional Development
Engage in continuous learning through training, education, and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
Education: A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Licensure: Active licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) within the United States.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in clinical therapy, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Certifications/Licenses: Certification in a specific therapy modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is a plus.
