The Role:

In this catering sales role , you’ll be the primary generator of catered functions and creating sales strategies to

ensure seamless events that leave lasting impressions.

Your mission: Build relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver exceptional results for a property with an

exciting future.

What You’ll Do:

· Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively grow the hotel’s catering portfolio through

innovative strategies and relationship building.

· Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships: Connect with key clients to understand their needs and

exceed expectations.

· Leverage Marriott’s Tools and Systems: (CI/TY experience preferred) to maximize performance and

streamline operations.

· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution

and unforgettable events.

Qualifications:

• Prior Catering Sales experience with track record of accomplishments is required. Well rounded in hotels, upscale catering halls, and kosher catering a must.
• Must possess exceptional customer service and a high sense of urgency. Prefer 3 - 5 years solid Social Sales experience.

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $65,000.00/Yr. - $75,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
