Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cargo Support Agent to join our Remote Support Team. In this role, you will be essential in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring full compliance with safety and security standards. Your primary responsibilities will include managing documentation, accurate data entry, and maintaining clear communication with external customer service teams, as well as coordinating with local stations. Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to multiple locations across the network.
Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures as per FAA, TSA, CBP, USDA, and relevant guidelines, and report any issues promptly.
Review and verify documentation for flight arrivals and departures.
Monitor several email accounts and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with stations to update customers on the status of shipments.
Reconcile Master and House air waybills against ACE Customs systems.
Handle, prepare, and manifest export flights for various carriers and cities.
Capture data for export consignments accurately.
Verify booking details and ensure corrections are requested when necessary.
Prepare and notify transfer manifests for multiple carriers and cities.
Submit Customs declarations for airlines and cities.
Issue arrival notices for international inbound shipments.
Work both independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and support operations.
Assist with additional tasks as requested by station and department management.
Occasional travel may be required.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to obtain a valid airport I.D. badge.
Must be 18 years or older.
Clear communication in English for all job functions.
Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings, including background and security checks.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED (preferred).
2-3 years of experience with SmartKargo (import/export, message monitoring) preferred.
2-3 years of experience using Google Drive and Microsoft Office in a paperless work environment preferred.
