You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Skills Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
