We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team. In this exciting opportunity, you'll play a key role in ensuring our company has the materials it needs to thrive. You'll source and procure top-quality materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage inventory levels - all while fostering long-term partnerships with vendors.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:

Become a sourcing superhero: Identify the best suppliers for our needs, and build strong relationships that benefit everyone.
Negotiate like a pro: Secure the best possible deals on materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Stay on top of your game: Track supplier performance, manage purchase orders, and utilize ERP systems to keep inventory flowing smoothly.
Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with other departments to ensure materials meet operational needs, and participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
What you'll bring to the table:

2+ years of experience in purchasing, buying, or supply chain planning.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Tech-savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate or higher).
ERP expertise: Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems like BAAN, SAP, or Oracle.
Bonus points if you have:

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A passion for building and maintaining positive relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
