What You'll Do:

Streamline Procurement Processes: Efficiently review and process requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage Contracts: Conduct thorough contract reviews and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure smooth operations.
Vendor Management: Set up new vendors in the system, build strong relationships with suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms.
Leverage Technology: Utilize industry-leading tools such as Coupa and Concur for AP processing and Excel for data analysis.
Stay Informed: Analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions based on data and market conditions.
What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in a Buyer role, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
