What You'll Do:

Process Orders: Efficiently review and process purchase requisitions.
Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and accounting teams.
Vendor Management: Set up new vendors and maintain strong relationships.
Data Management: Utilize ERP systems like Coupa and Concur to manage purchasing data.
Supply Chain Support: Assist with supply chain management and inventory control.
What You'll Need:

Experience in purchasing and procurement.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially Accounts Payable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
