Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Bilingual Airport Lounge Associate to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and German and involves greeting passengers, providing excellent customer service, and conducting surveys to enhance the lounge experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests while gathering valuable feedback to improve the services offered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist lounge visitors in both English and German, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
• Provide guests with information about lounge services, amenities, and available offerings.
• Conduct surveys with lounge visitors to gather feedback on their experience and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure that all guests feel valued, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment in the lounge area.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations, including restocking supplies, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring the lounge is orderly.
• Assist with check-in procedures and verify eligibility for lounge access.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with lounge policies and regulations.
• Handle any special requests from VIP guests or premium passengers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international guests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Work Environment:

• Work near others and often share the same workspace.
• Climate controlled area.

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the shift.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs .
• Must be able to communication with employees and/or supervisors to give instructions and exchange accurate information.

Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 1pm to 9:30pm

Payrate: $24.29 - $25 an hour
