Toyota of Rock Hill is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add a qualified Automotive Inventory Control / Lot Manager to our team.

• Assist used car director with reconditioning of used vehicles both physically and in Rapid Recon software.
• Responsible for management of dealership’s key system.
• Act as intermediary and conduit between Sales / Service / Prep departments to get vehicles ready for display.
• Move vehicles around lot as needed.
• Enter vehicles and keys and fobs into computerized key machine.
• Take merchandising photos of all used vehicles.
• Prepare and label used vehicles on the lot.
• Assist management in monitoring of used car reconditioning thru RAPID RECON SOFTWARE.
• Great entry level position in Retail Automotive with strong career path potential. Present position due to internal promotion.

• PREFERRABLY one or more years automotive related experience
• Ability to think critically and problem solve to arrange new & used cars on lot
• Very good with taking and uploading photos
• Tech and computer savvy.
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• Work well with team and individually
• Good time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
