Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a Human Resources Intern to add to our Plant Human Resources Team in Denton, Texas.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to:

• Work with staff on identifying process improvement opportunities for existing procedures
• Assist with proctoring mechanical assessments for shop floor applicants
• Assist with interviewing applicants
• Update applicant tracking data
• Update orientation presentation
• Rotation through the plant HR, Safety and Training departments
• Other tasks as assigned

Education

The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or a related program.
